Watching Meet the press this morning and I don't hear any talk about the 14 billion dollars being cut out of the Medicare reimbursement to Nursing Homes over the next 10 years.  I hear a lot about how great this thing is going to be but I doubt that is going to be any consolation when your are being told 1 day post op that you can't stay in the hospital and you need to find a rehab facility.  Problem will be that when you start looking you will find that no facility will accept you if you plan to pay with Medicare or your Medicare Advantage Plan.
