The Maplewood Nursing Home facility offers 11 private rooms, 11 private suites, 22 patio suites and 6 brand new grand patio suites. Each suite offers a private bath complete with a private shower, cable TV, phone services and access to the internet, private refrigerator and more. In addition, several new lounges, courtyards and an outside porch provide year round opportunities for interacting with family and friends.
Daily Rates Include:
- Room and board in year round climate-controlled building
- All meals, snacks and nourishments
- Diet supervised by registered dietitian
- 24-hour skilled nursing care
- All medications up to $300 / month
- Dentist and hygienist visits (Maplewood dental staff)
- Activity related transportation on Maplewood bus
- Laundry services including personal laundry
- Psychological services when ordered by physician
- Discharge planning services
- Cable TV
